Default Moving to Houston

Hey guys I don't know if you all know or not but I am leaving Atlanta and headed for the great state of Texas. I am transferring with my job and hope for a better opportunity there. I ask for your prayers and thoughts on this move. Good news is that I found a apartment complex that would have me and Hemi. I was afriad of that cause most complexs said no. Only ones that would take was the ones in the hood..lol.. But I found a nice complex in a very nice area in North Houston.....

I know this question wasn't directed at me, but I wanted to respond. LOL....

I have never been to Texas, but I have a strong desire to go there. Why? Because I heard the Spirit and the Belief in Seceding from the US is still alive and well, not just a thing of the past. In the direction, I see this country going, that just might be a way, and if Texas is willing to do it, then I might just be willing to live there and help....If it isn't true, then that's disappointing.

Well, that makes me want to go there even more. I asked my boyfriend if he'd ever live there, and he said "if they are willing to secede, then I am willing to live there." lol.

"Texas, Our Texas"
Texas, Our Texas! all hail the mighty State!
Texas, Our Texas! so wonderful so great!
Boldest and grandest, withstanding ev'ry test
O Empire wide and glorious, you stand supremely blest.

Texas, O Texas! your freeborn single star,
Sends out its radiance to nations near and far,
Emblem of Freedom! it set our hearts aglow,
With thoughts of San Jacinto and glorious Alamo.

Texas, dear Texas! from tyrant grip now free,
Shines forth in splendor, your star of destiny!
Mother of heroes, we come your children true,
Proclaiming our allegiance, our faith, our love for you.

God bless you Texas! And keep you brave and strong,
That you may grow in power and worth, throughout the ages long.
God bless you Texas! And keep you brave and strong,
That you may grow in power and worth, throughout the ages long.

Purple I went to at least 10 places before I landed this one. They actually told me no at first but called me later and said that it would be ok. there are stipulations though, I have to stay in the rear on the complex. I can't take him for day walks in the complex. I have to be very descret about having him. From what the lady said if anyone ask me what he is I have to tell them that he is a mix terrier. lol. That was the best that I could do.
