Baltimore County Councilman Vince Gardina wants to create a database of pit bull owners...like they do with sex offenders. "If a sex offender is in the neighborhood, you know he's there. iwill go to his front door step with my too PITBULL.. and sit there till he came out and saw how armless my dogs are and how friendly they are!! this isnt fair......we should fight this like GAYS fight the marriage LAW how blacks fought slaverly... they had a voice these dogs are without a voice to speak for themsleves they depen on us to be their heart and sole and we must save them and thierRIGHTS has harmless FRIENDS..... thier in my opion and with what i see no harmless then a german shepard...dovermans rotwielers..labs..DALMATIONs.....just not right
