NEED:
Highlighters
Pens
Clipboards

COLLECTING:
Sheets
Towels
Paper Towels
Newspapers
Disinfectant, ie. Clorox
Vet leads, any kind of lead or leash

WE NEED CRATES the Larger the better, PLEASE TAG CRATES CLEARLY WITH YOUR INFORMATION SO CAN RETURN TO YOU.

IMPORTANT:
Charge your cell phones!!
May want to bring water and snacks for the day.

We need people to remain calm!! There are going to be many situations that are not pleasurable or desirable, but remember ALL these people that showed up are part of the solution NOT the problem. They are there to fix their dog, and the ONLY thing out of our mouth is THANK YOU.

SHIFTS:
There are 4 check in times
7am, 10am, 12 noon, and 3pm.
Trying to make 4 working shifts
6am set up
7am-12noon
12n-4pm
4pm-7pm break down

JOBS NEEDED:
#1 Universal Anything: anything and everything needed
#2 Prize Booth: English and Spanish speaking people, social, friendly REALLY NEED SPANISH HERE!
#3 Need help at the Grooming area: able to handle dogs and/or keep paperwork organized
#4 Greeters and Gate People: friendly smiles and responsible people. Stand by gate: need to make sure dogs coming in are under control but in a friendly calm way
#5 Crowd Control and Safety: Dog Savvy people, who can keep an eye around at all times, if you have eyes in the back of your head it would be ideal.
#6 Need help Setting up at 6am/ Need help Breaking Down 6pm
#7 Desk work: help collect and check forms, make sure filled out correctly and can read them clearly.
#8 Recovery Room: help call people to come pick up their dogs when done and AWAKE FROM THE SURGERY (vet tech in the room is much needed) and help with the dogs in the cafeteria to keep calm and make sure ok.

IMPORTANT ORIENTATION, if you can make it would be GREAT!!
