Ok I've had enough, I have been down with this flu/cold bug for almost 2 weeks now and I'm not much better yet. Despite taking Cold F/X, drinking Vicks Warming cough medication, swallowing dozens of Tylenol, having the vaporizer going, drinking Neo Citran every 4 hours...nothing is really helping...although Gravol did help with settling my stomach and helping me sleep.

Anyone else down with a nasty flu/cold bug that just doesn't seem to want to go away?

Just started with a cold yesterday, it got worse as the day went on. Been sneezing all day long. I feel for ya. Hope ya feel better soon.

Well I think I'm over the worst of it, still not feeling 100% but I definately don't feel like I'm dying now.

Not sure if you are aware of it, but there is a new Influenza strain that has been identified this year. It's caused outbreaks in many, many states so far!

I'm sorry, that really sucks. I had it bad about a year ago that lasted almost an entire month! It was horrible. It was like I had cement in my sinuses.

This year I've been healthy *knocks on wood*, only a little bit of a cold a few times, nothing serious.

No I wasn't aware of a new strain of Influenza, I wonder if it has reached us up here in Canada.
My family qualifies for free flu shots every year because we have a physically disabled son, but we always end up sick anyway!

I can relate to the sinus full of cement comment, next to not being able to keep anything down, congested sinuses are the worst. The pressure headaches were difficult to handle, I honestly thought my head was going to explode!
