Default Sharing some photos

Hey everyone! I have some time to share some photos of the dogs I am always talking about on here.
First up is Coco-Bear, he was a pit bull mix, a rescue, I had him for a health-problem filled 2 years and he died in October 2004, due to cancer. He was a wonderful, sweet, dog, but afraid of men, as he ended up in the rescue because he was taken away from an abusive owner. I adopted Lucy 3 days later.

Next, here is my Lily, she was a weimaraner, I got her from a breeder. When I was at work one day, we were living at my parents house at the time, my brother let her out the front door because she never went more than 10 feet away from the house, and they live out in the country, she was just going to go potty quick. For some strange reason she ran into the street and got hit by a car. She had never ran into the street before in her life. My brother found a neighbor to drive him to a vet fast, but there was nothing he could do, and my poor little brother, all by himself, had to make the decision to euthanize her.

Here is Olie. He is a lab/whippet mix, he is also a rescue. He was surrendered right before Thanksgiving, at 1 year old, because he would be too much of a burden over the holiday season. He is my mom and dad's dog. He isn't very bright, but he is sweet.

Next here, I have Sadie. This is my mom's weimaraner with skin problems. She is a rescue, and was in the rescue because her former owners got bored with her. She is a great dog, but has to get shots every 16 days to de-sensitize her to her allergens (those are just for the environment allergens). She is also on a special food, but my mom is starting to try her on Wellness Core. She is allergic to everything from various types of trees, to cat dander, and even human dander, poor baby.

Now, we've got little miss Tinkerbelle, the one-eyed chihuahua. She was abandonded at my work, and I brought her home. I was staying at my parents house, again, at the time. I was going to try to re-home her, but then I wanted to keep her, but then my brother decided he wanted her. She is now his dog, and her and Lucy are both upset about that. She and Lucy are pratcially inseprable. I don't know what happened to her eye, but I am asked that all the time. Most of the photos I get anymore of Lucy at my parents house include Tinkerbelle.

Here is a fun photo of Lucy and Tinkerbelle:

Last but not least, this is Lucy. She is currently staying with a wonderful family. The dad/husband is here with me, and she is staying with his wife and 3 children, the youngest is 3 years old. They absolutely love her, and they are taking wonderful care of her. But I can't wait till I can see her next week. I adopted Lucy November 1, 2004. She was abused before I had gotten her, and the vet she had seen that had spayed her at the rescue said that she was no older than 3 years old, has had AT LEAST 5 litters of puppies, and they had to remove a dog tooth out of one of her front legs. Her legs, face, and throughout the body are scarred up, you can tell in some photos more than others.

Thank You! My mom is a dork, I got a postcard from Tink, Sadie, and Olie today, all it said was "bark bark bark, woof, bark arf arf moof. Love, Olie, Sadie and Tinkerbelle" I laughed at that one, and so did everyone else. Hmmm....I wonder what they were trying to say, and HOW of how did they write it all in my mom's handwriting....
