Hey sorry but this isn,t dog related. There is a convicted Sex offender that has a picture of my son on his myspace. Does anyone know what I can do about it.

report it to whoever runs Myspace, then call the authorities......please do this as soon as possible......

Yes I know the guy but do not like him. I asked him numerous times to remove the pictures of my son and still no responce. Is this a matter that the authorities can take care of. This guy was charged with rape of a 13 year old child. Just for information of what kind of person I am talking about.

If it was me, i would make sure the authorities took care of it. And in the meantime, report the guy to the guy in charge of Myspace.....

If he is a convicted sex offender he may still be on parole/probation and they should have a set of rules to follow...I would bring this to the attention of his parole/probation officer also. Because you have asked him to remove the picture and he hasn't complied, I think thats a little creepy.

He is on parole and is in the half way house. I know he cann not have contact with anyone under the age of 18. But Dont know mutch more.

that is why he is a deadbeat. He has only seen his son 1 time in 4 years.

It didn,t bother me to have kalob on his site since that was his biological son but I dont want my son cory to have anything to do what that pervert.

If he is your sons father...and he has a picture of him on his website...I don't think there is anything you can do...thats his son also. Sex offender or not...he is a parent (although obviously not a good one)

From the legal end of it, can't you go to court to start getting child support? And if he does pay, legally he does have rights to see the boy. Being that he's a pervert, you can request, in court, that visitation be supervised.

Well He cant because of his probation but the picture of the 2 boys together cory is my biological son they are together and I am wanting that picture removed. As far as visitation we have never denyed it he just been in prision and now he cant see him because of his probation.

That is what we did.

Well, I would call his probation officer and tell them it makes you uncomfortable, maybe they can ask him to take it down and coming from someone like that it may make a difference. But really since the boys are brothers, and one of them is his son, I'm not sure there is any thing you can do about it.
