 I want to learn more! Recommendations, please! I am so intrigued by this breed of dog! I have really been enjoying learning so much from all the knowledgable bully owners on this board, and I want to learn more! Can anyone recommend any good reading about BTs? Dray mentioned somewhere that he had a mentor to teach him about bull terriers 16 some years ago. How does one go about finding a mentor? Just hang around dog shows and talk to people? I'm sure most owners love to talk about their dogs and the breed.  I would love to get my 6 yr old son involved in Jr Showmanship or something like that, but my husband thinks that kind of thing is a silly waste of time  Anyway, thanks for any recommendations anyone may have! I ordered the book "When Pigs Fly!: Training Success with Impossible Dogs," which is written by a BT owner/shower. Has anyone heard of it and what do you think of it? I would love to get involved with agility with Luna, or something like that, but I have no experience with it, only obedience. Definitely getting hooked on bullies!   |
