Need Help!!

I really need to find some where for my friends dog to go.
Its a long story, but she is leaveing for GA in Oct. And cant take her dog with her. BUT if they can find an apartment down here then they can move back, it could be at least 6months.
He is a small [30lbs] pit bull mix/mutt. He is fixed and house trained. VERY hyper and crazy. Dog friendly, and people friendly. I have pictures, and will post them later
I can't keep him and neither can anyone I know. Even if you cant foster him please post around!! I dont want her to loose her dog.
