How many of you have tethered dogs with their canine good citizen? I know that 88% of the dogs tested this year at the AADR shows were tethered, but I am curious as to how many others are out there. It would seem to me that the false claim that tying a dog makes them aggressive is disproven with this fact of CGC dogs that are tied.
Here personally I have 5 with CGC's that are tethered, how about all of you?

OOOOOOOO Interesting. Good topic! I have no dogs with their CGC/CGN but they do spend periodic time tethered and I have no HA issues with them. In fact, I've had people hop my fence and walk right up to them and pet them while their on their tether! lol Bratty neighbour kids. Maybe they need tethering! lol

I have more human aggression issues with my teenagers, and I haven't tethered them outside.....yet. It's not my dogs you have to worry about, it's the cats!!!

My dog is tethered most of the time and has no HA, she does do the stiff stand at first with wagging tail to check out strangers but people have been walking by and have asked to pet her and she does very good with leting them come up to her if there lucky they can walk away with not too many wet kisses! She does not have cgc,but could get one very easy.

Well, I've CGCed two dogs, but neither has been tethered for an appreciable length of time. One of them is also a UCD and some other stuff, so she can be trusted off-leash, rather than needing to be tied.
