Smile Featured Dog-Peanut Butter Needs A Home SO Badly...

He's been in the shelter since February, and his ONLY problem is that he can and will climb a chain link fence. He's affectionate, sweet, SO GENTLE when he takes food or a treat from your hand, and he's GORGEOUS! I visit him and play with him, but he needs a HOME where there aren't other dogs barking all the time and he doesn't have to worry about being next in line to disappear. He deserves to run and play with someone every day and cuddle with them at night. He's such a beautiful soul, I just KNOW there's someone out there for him. I just have to find that person!

Here are some pics of him. The first is him in his cage, and you can tell by looking in his eyes that he's intelligent:

Here are a few more that I've taken on our walks and playtime:

Please contact me if you have a home for this guy. Even if you can only foster him, anything to keep him safe and loved. Thanks

The shelter is the Dearborn Animal Shelter and their site is here: http://www.dearborn-animals.com/

Default thanks so much

to both of you

He's such a trooper too... soooo long in that cage, and yet he's still adoptable. Every time I go I am worried that for some reason he will be put down. Supposedly our shelter doesn't euthanize based on room or time limits, but I've had my doubts in the past so I'm worried.
