South Florida Owners 
We live in a Palm Beach villa complex. I am lucky enough that the HOA president is a dog lover and have no problem with Dooley (28 wks). I also have a park near by, not a dog park. If I go early in the morning or late in the afternoon there is no one there and Dooley can run unleashed. I want to take him to the beach but the closer one that allows Dogs is Jupiter.
