Default URGENT mother to be in WA state!!!

This sweetheart is VERY far along and she is due any moment. I took her home for the evening and she will be coming with me to work tomorrow if she doesnt whelp tonite.... if she was not as far along we would just spay-abort and call it good.
Does ANYONE know of ANY rescue that has room for her and her babies? She is a sweetheart, showing no signs of DA and just happy to have love and belly rubs!!!

Good luck with whelping.

Well, I can't help much. OKC's policy on APBTs and the like is to euthanize them before anyone knows they're missing or adoptable. Sorry I can't be of more help, she sure looks like a great dog.

She looks so very sweet; for a name, I would like Rose or Jasmine for her; something soft ...

All the best with the whelping - I would be scared to death, but she will be in good hands.

What a cute little girl. For a name I think that she looks like a Daisy to me. Good luck whelping-hope everything goes well.

Thanks guys!

8am and no pups yet. Im taking her temp every couple of hours and just had her checked by our vet at 7am. He says she can go any time too so now we just wait and see.

We are still desperate to find a rescue with room. Anyone?

She looks like an Angel to me. So, I'd probably go with something like Angie. Betsy is always cute, too

Someone suggested Hera which I like because that gives us a theme for the babies to be named after Greek gods!

Oh and here is her HUGE belly

and her cute head in my lap

Lovely pics; looks like the two Moms-To-Be had a nice stroll

Great news about a potential rescue with room for her and the pups.

Well Hera lost her mucous plug Sunday evening so the time is close.

This is her favorite thing to do around the house....

She thinks Jake is her boyfriend

Oh and Hera likes cats, even annoying kittens!

Hera - beautiful name, although I have to admit to have forgotten which Goddess she was ...

Keeping all paws crossed for a safe delivery.

Still no puppies and now Hera has Kennel Cough from being at the shelter for the 24 hours she was there.

Please keep her and the pups in your thoughts.

How is she doing? Is the steamy bathroom helping? Best of luck!

It sucks becaue KC has to run its course. And they can get a secondary infection that needs antibiotcs. Also when I talked to the Vet they said there is not much you can do for the pups. But if they do get it they can be put on antibiotics.

I hope she and the soon-to-be-babies are ok.
