Default Collar Mania?

So I've heard from a few people that Collar Mania is great and how superb their service is. I thought I'd be treated top notch and get the same service but that hasn't been the case so far.

I sent in an inquiry about a custom order and got the auto-response promising me a response in 24 hours.... well... it's 5 days later. Does anyone know first-hand if Lisa is out of town or email down or something before I take my business and endorsement elsewhere?

She's a member of most boards, try shooting her a PM? They are having a sale, maybe the e-mail got lost in the fray....

Honestly...I think you're jumping the gun a bit. Things come up, people get busy. I understand you were not contacted in the time previously mentioned, but really that seems like a pretty small detail to suddenly develop a bad opinion over.

JMO, of course.

I have ordered from Collar Mania and have been treated very well and would gladly do so again.

Have a little patience, and you will have a good experience as well.

Exactly - I didn't want to jump the gun given the holiday and many go out of town.

I did use a PM as suggested and already have a reply so it appears my initial Contact request from the site did not go through; maybe some kind of email hiccup. So all is well and I look forward to working with her!

She is running a sale so it might take her a bit of time. Try re-e-mailing her or PMing her.

I can say from my personal experience Lisa was VERY VERY helpfull and accomodating to my requests. I would guess that business is very busy or she could be out of town for the holiday weekend. You won't be dissapointed with her product, that's for sure!

My order with her was e-mail glitched. Once I contacted her and she figured out what happened, she jumped right on it, got the collars out the next day, AND gave me a large gift certificate for the time we had to wait. I can say with certainty that she's not blowing you off. Try sending her another e-mail, you should hear back in short order.

I can say from experience of using the exact same ecommerce web hosting company for my business, that there CAN BE email glitches.
I've had people contact me about orders that I never got. Also, I've had people contact me claiming that they've contacted me before and I could NOT locate their original email.
It doesn't happen often at all, but it CAN happen.
That is why I have an alternative email that I give people just in case they try to contact me and did not get a reply.

I'm glad that you contacted her via PM somewhere else because I know Lisa, and her customers (and their happiness) are number one priority with her. She would NEVER even DREAM of blowing anyone of her customers off.

Lisa rocks. Not only does she make beautiful collars, but she's got a huge generous heart always giving gift certificate to rescue causes, as well, she gave one to me for the Walkin' For Raven. For all the amazing things she does, I'd cut her some slack! lol
