Need Help with Pitbull in danger of being put down by owner

I am writing you from Lulu’s Rescue located in Point Pleasant, Pa. A male pitbull we adopted out is being returned because the family just doesn’t have the commitment or consistency that a dog requires. We had Lucky evaluated and he was found to be non-aggressive. Our problem is that we are a foster care network and at this time we have absolutely no place for him to go. His owner is giving us a week to find him place and is then threatening to put him down. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.
