The shoulder, or the top part of the shoulder. My dogs eat it and the bones all the time.

I cut the meat off the butt or shoulder, and then save the bone for a later date =) My dogs love them lol

I was cutting all the meat off but this one butt cut I couldn't get all the meat off so I decided to leave some on and use it as an RMB for later.

the meat place I get meat from doesn't have scraps, but they have skins and I'm finding that getting pork at a good price is pretty difficult

its just the getting out there that I'm having trouble with :/

Well the woman that does the ordering that I picked up from orders every 6-8 weeks for pickup in Gurnee. Is that too far? You don't have to order a lot because they order so much already but the butts come in 80# cases. At least mine did.
