On a pit bull website, it would be good for people to acknowledge pretty well known bloodlines. Alligator is a bloodline. People get it mixed up with the "gator mouth" garbage.

I don't know bloodlines, never claimed I did.. All I meant was that gator and alligator tend to be one in the same when it comes to BYBs and a good breeder isn't going to need CL to home their pups.

I understand. I just think it's a shame that they get mixed up. The Alligator family of dogs made a big impact on the breed.

It's called the telephone game. One guy says "my dog is purple ribbon UKC bred", and by the time it makes it down to the dumbasses trying to make money off breeding two mutts, it is now a "Purple Pit Bull, with 20 ribbons" Must be worth thousands...... SMFH
