....but if this is something that's been going on since 2001, why is he allowed to keep having animals when he is not takin care of them.....they should all be removed from his care and never be allowed to own a pet ever again.
this new law i dont really like, i dont beleive in neutering ALL dogs, i beleive more in responsible breeding & ownership. just imagine if u neuture EVERYDOG what will happen 20-30yrs from now, there will be no dogs because they were never able to reproduce....and you are still going to have irresponsible owners who don't take care of them and abuse them. with or without a license or permit or whatever is required by the county...... |
