One of the few APBT books that I've read and really enjoyed reading. It was / is considered the "BIBLE", of APBT owners.

It has two sections. One is stories from Wild Side Kennels. Wildside Kennels has a long history in the dogs. Modern history. They were considered a staple in the APBT world during the 90'z. Wildside Kennels owned, bred, and sold quality dogs. Game dogs. Thier stories are very interesting & enlightning. ( Leather bound , hard back , gold page trimmed , thick book is filled with pictures of famous & not so famous dogs).

The other chapter is formatted to be like a how to guide for ownership. It has illustrations and plans for heavy duty, secure chain set ups, and dog houses, etc.. This information alone is worth the price of the book, and you will gain at least 5 years of experiance just from reading it.
( Unless you already know all there is to know. )

If you have $60 , to spend on your APBT, this is the way to go. Add the historical factor of Ed & Chris Faron ( Wildside Kennels ) , and thier experiances as & with the top "DOGMEN", of the era ( 60's up until present ) , and its becomes a real bargain.

If the link doesn't work, look up
WILDSIDE KENNELS

I really enjoyed this book. The second part of the book is very informative and helpful.

The first part of the book isn't really for everyone, but I found that part interesting as well.
