well I have had my new Collars for a few days now and they have really started to break in and fit great. Could not be happier with the product as well as the customer service. Took over a month of questions back and forth before I made my purchase and Rebecca was always willing to answer my question and always in a timely manner once the order was placed the great customer service continued and I was kept updated and I Ordered My collars ON a Saturday night and had them in pretty much 8 days I thought that was great turn around time on a made to order product Thanks Again Rebecca and We love the Collars
