Dear Rescue Friends,



For the past several weeks, I have e-mailed several hundred rescue groups both in and out of California. Unfortunately, a rescue group in Elsinore, Utah bailed on them last minute after everything had been planned out. Ideally, I hope to find a rescue group in Southern California for this VERY special, 35 lb miniature brindle Pit mix princess being cooped up in a tiny patio in Orange County. Her name is Maria.And she is desperate for YOUR help.



Maria is:

• <LI class=MsoNormal style="COLOR: olive">1 year old<LI class=MsoNormal style="COLOR: olive">Brindle-colored<LI class=MsoNormal style="COLOR: olive">ONLY 35 pounds<LI class=MsoNormal style="COLOR: olive">Spayed and healthy<LI class=MsoNormal style="COLOR: olive">Sweet, loving, affectionate, you name it! <LI class=MsoNormal style="COLOR: olive">LOVES people, INTELLIGENT<LI class=MsoNormal style="COLOR: olive">Friendly towards other dogs upon time and socialization<LI class=MsoNormal style="COLOR: olive">NOT aggressive<LI class=MsoNormal style="COLOR: olive">A DIVA who CRAVES attention<LI class=MsoNormal style="COLOR: olive">A KISSER who can kiss ALL DAY

Maria was once owned by a young man in his twenties who bred Pit Bulls in his backyard in Apple Valley while growing weed. When this man lost his home, he dumped Maria and her brother at his mother's condo; the male Pit Bull mix was given to a family.

The mother is HEAVILY depressed and this man will be going to jail soon. This man punches the dog when he is frustrated, and he is completely out of it. She is pound-bound in the next day or so.

The mother has agreed to keep Maria in her patio for just 2-3 more days.

After that, TIME IS UP! PLEASE HELP.



If it helps, I will pay for Maria's shots, AND will make arrangements for transportation. I have visited Maria to give her treats, and she was VERY sweet, more alpha than the boy as she is HUNGRY for love and attention.

There is a $200 pledge to a reputable rescue group that takes in this special princess.
