Nonny was found hiding between two houses. Initially she was scared but warmed up right away when she realized it was friend not foe. She was very thin, hungry, thirsty and tired. Covered in fleas. She’s all better now and ready to find a home. Nonny is a sweet girl – just wants to play! She is well socialized to people and dogs. Cats are something to chase. Nonny has her basic obedience commands down pat and is ready to learn some more complex tricks. She is a smart dog and truly loves people. If you are looking for love – look no more, Nonny is your gal.

Nonny is approx 2 years old, spayed, UTD on her vaccination, housetrained, and on HW/flea/tick prevenative. Her adoption fee is $65. References and home visit required. She is available for adoption through FriendsforLife here in Houston, TX. 1. Good with Cats, LOVES the water, giving kisses, and running!

Just an update I received from Nonny's foster mom:

She's actually very good with cats as long as you tell her "no". Then she leaves them alone (other than to sniff of course!). She also LOVES to run and LOVES the water and loves giving kisses! She walks great on the leash and with my other dogs as well as a pack (she's actually better on the leash than my two!). She's also 73 pounds, not 50.
