Max is a male, red nose, Brindle Pit Bull/American Staffordshire Bull Terrier we rescued and have been fostering. According to the vet he is anywhere between 12-18 months old. Sweet, loving, playful dog. He has been neutered, tested negative for heartworms, and has necessary shots. He is house-trained and hasn't had any accidents. He has no problems sleeping in his crate, but LOVES to sleep with our son or us. We are not sure how he will do with cats as we do not have any. During our walks if we see a cat he does get excited (not in an aggressive manner just wags his tail and tries to approach), but since I don't actually go over to the cat and he is on a leash not sure how that would go. If you already own a dog of this breed please be aware that the same sex typically do NOT do well together (at least that's what I've been told), so it's best if you have a spayed female NOT a male. He does get along very well with my two dogs, a Chihuahua (male) and Beagle/Lab mix (female) although my Beagle/Lab, Lola isn't that fond of him and the Chihuahua, Cody bosses him around He is great with our 10 year old son so older kids are fine. He LOVES to play but also LOVES to cuddle on the couch beside you. If you are interested in giving him a great FOREVER home please contact me at lily6384@comcast.net for more information.
