This is Skye, a 7 month old AmStaff mix. He was given up by a couple when one of them believed in the stereotype and, because of his breed, became scared of him.This puppy is and will be a wonderful boy. He's very smart and learns manners quickly. He responds well to corrections as well as food rewards.He seems to play well with other dogs, but more than anything wants to cuddle with his people. He also needs work on reacting to dogs on a walk (seems that he really just wants to play and say hi).He needs some work with his crate (he cries a bit when you leave), but seems to learn how to settle down.Basically, he's just a puppy who needs some stability and would thrive in a home that is bully savvy and willing to do something with him. He's ~43lb at 7 months, so he'll be on the larger size. He needs exercise and would be a great jogging/hiking buddy. He also has good focus and would do well in obedience and other dog sports.
