Check out this gorgeous redhead! Karamel is a beautiful 45-pound, 1.5-year-old female American Pit Bull Terrier mix who is in love with everyone. She’s lived with other dogs, and kids, and gets along well with them. She would do best in a home without cats though. She is a high energy girl that is happiest being out and about - this girl is no couch potato! She’s knows some commands like 'sit' and 'down', but she does not have a good recall and does not have good leash manners. Karamel's new family would also have to housetrain her as she is not trained yet. She has been to a number of PAWS events, and charms everyone with her great personality. She socializes daily with the other dogs in the shelter and gets along with all of them. What a great dog for a family! ' She was first surrendered to the shelter because her family did not have enough time for her. Then she was adopted and returned because of her owner's allergies.
