Before we could reach her, Delilah promptly got loose – again! She was found through the website Lassie Come Home (<a href="http://www.lassiecomehomenc.org" target="_blank">Lassie Come Home--NC</a>), and finally we had her safe in foster care! The problem is most people who foster pit bulls are already pet lovers, and poor Miss Starla doesn’t like other animals, especially cats!
